Grade 7 & 8 have been working on their jingle writing projects. Groups were formed, products were assigned, and instruments were chosen. Most of the groups have finished writing their jingles and some have recorded their "commercials," which will be posted here soon!
Grade 6 has read biographies of Vivaldi, Bach, and Mozart. We've been playing "Composer Bingo" and learning how to identify many wonderful musical works.
Grades 2, 3, 4, and 5 have learned several new precorder and recorder pieces, and will also be learning patriotic songs, which will be presented at our Veteran's Day service next month.
Pre-K, K, and 1 have read many books about music, and are learning lots of new songs and dances.
